How to have an Online Video / Audio consult
You can have an online consult (Audio/Video) with Dr Ashwini Gaurav from the comfort of your home without visiting the clinic.
We use two platforms:
1. Mobile App "Navia - For Patients" available on Android & Apple playstore
2. Any Mobile / Desktop browser such as "Google Chrome"
Steps for Navia - For Patients App:
1. Download the App from the playstore : Android or Apple
2. Login using your Phone number & OTP
3. Enter the Hospital/Clinic Code as OAC496 (OAC four nine six)
4. Go to Video Consult
5. Search by Clinic code OAC496 if Clinic / Doctor name is not already visible.
6. Click on "Book Video Consult"
7. Select Date and Time available
8. Complete payment and your appointment is booked
Important : Keep the Navia App open at the time of consult, so that the doctor can call you at that time.
Steps for Mobile / Desktop browser such as "Google Chrome"
1. Go to the Navia Health webpage by clicking here
2. Click on "Book Online Video Consultation"
3. Select Date and Time available
4. Login using your Phone number & OTP
5. Fill in your Name / Age / Gender details
6. Click "Next" and Review your appointment time
7. Pay Online and Book Appointment
8. Complete payment and your appointment is booked
9. You will receive a webpage link on WhatsApp
10. Click at the time on consult to receive a call from the doctor
Important : Keep the Navia webpage link open at the time of consult, so that the doctor can call you at that time.
